what a beautiful weather! I've never seen New York this good since I came here last year: people wear less clothes. I can wear tank tops and I can go out of the house with slippers on. ..and the trees on different shades of pastel colors... it's really good to be out in new york city in spring except when it rains once in a while... but yeah I love the weather...

Though these past weeks have been very tiring exhausting and kind-of-a-thinking-of-changing-my-career -to - anything - but -this, yes ,we still found time to leave the city and go to the mountains of New Jersey. It's winter so we took advantage of it learning ice sports from ice skating , snowboarding to skiing.

We ( Hilario and Dindo) had a four-hour drive from New York to Washington DC to meet some friends. The place was a little laid back, it looked like one of the suburbs of New Jersey, less crowded than New York, of course. It was just an overnight drink trip. We stayed at Ron's place. He was our guide around DC. No night-life in DC coz we left NY late. BTW, Ron is the most popular guitarist in his circle of friends(lol). Always on the look out for something grrrrwwwwww...hehe... well, we saw a lot of grrrw in the capitol. We'll be back soon!

One of my best trips. I arrived at around 2am early morning of Dec 24. That was the first time I have seen my college friend, Grace G., after roughly 6 years. As usual, we pick at each other's weaknesses. hehe..Thanks to Jason for accomodating me in his Dad's place. The thermal bed was really a plus. I met Isau, another friend of Jason, who was our tour guide in Universal Studios and the Hollywood Boulevard. it was great to visit the film locations of Water world, psycho, desperate housewives, war of the worlds etc. The war of the worlds location looks like a garbage dump though without the smell. Towards the end of my LA Trip, we visited Disneyland, with some of BDO international hires ( 7 of us) . Am not really a Disneyland kinda of person. I kept joking if the tram inside would lead to downtown LA I would get off there. The morning of Dec 29 , I had diarhea so I did not really join them with most of the rides.. But guess who I met while having a coffee near Pirates of the Carribean ride... u-huh.. it's not Mickey Mouse...hehe... It was Josh Groban..So i approched him and asked if he was indeed Josh then I introduced my self then we had a picture taken...it was all worth it. but the best part is when I got an Mp3 of " California" from the OC TV series downloaded on my phone...oh wait I forgot to tell you about MJ's most travelled travelling bag...well it's a long story but the bag travelled from Atlanta , got lost in San Fo airport, was in Disneyland and carried back and forth to Monrovia, CA then hopefully arrived safely in Downtown LA..hehe.. u-huh...No Disney rides for the bag we left it in the Locker...hehe

It was a four-hour trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. I was so amazed by the lights in the city coz it was already dark when we arrived there. I noticed though on our way to Vegas that it is surrounded by barren and inhabitated land. Looks like those scenes in Sean Penn movies. It was a little bit cold strolling along the city but who cares we're too preoccupied by the lights and the architecture in the City. Nothing more to say but i'll be back!
